Service Response
The Public Safety Department dispatchers are responsible for handling all service response requests received after hours (11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), daily. Requests are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the following support areas:
- Environmental Services
- Patient Transportation
- Motor Services
- Pest Control
- Maintenance
- Patient Information
- Linen
To enter a service response request 24 hours a day, seven days a week you may dial the Service Response extension, x2-0070 from any on-campus telephone. If you are calling after hours your call will automatically be forwarded to the Public Safety dispatch center. Dispatchers will then be able to direct your request to the appropriate department or person for proper response. Alternatively, if you are calling after hours you may contact Public Safety directly at x2-9111 from any on-campus telephone.
