RAD Self Defense Class for Women

The Department of Public Safety has sponsored and scheduled, a RAD Self Defense Class for women which is available for free to all female members of the BIDMC Community. The RAD program's primary focus is the realistic development of self defense options for women, before and during situations of imminent or actual abductive assault.
The RAD program is comprised of four ( 4 ) three hour instructional sessions which will be both classroom and hands on training each night. The class is scheduled to be conducted in the Kirstein Living room on Wednesday December 9th, Thursday December 10th, Tuesday December 15th and Wednesday December 16th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm each day. Attendance is mandatory for all four sessions to complete the course.
The RAD program is limited to 24 students. If you are interested in participating, please contact Sgt. Michael Jacobs via email to confirm and hold a spot on the roster by no later than Friday November 20, 2009.
