Robert C. Eyre, MD
Robert C. Eyre, MD, is chief of Urology at BID-Needham. An associate professor of surgery at Harvard Medical School, his clinical interests include urologic cancer (particularly
prostate cancer), reconstructive urinary tract surgery, and
male sexual dysfunction and
incontinence. Dr. Eyre's research ranges from immunoregulatory mechanisms and HIV disease in the male reproductive tract to prostate cancer and genitourinary complications associated with diabetes. Prior to joining BID-Needham in 2010, he served as chief of the Division of Clinical Urology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Eyre has been named to Best Doctors in America since 2003 and as one of the Consumers' Research Council of America's Top Surgeons in 2011. He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed his urology residency at Lahey Clinic. (

Paul Allan Church, MD
Paul A. Church, MD, is a staff urologist at BID-Needham and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. A specialist in men's health, Dr. Church's clinical interests include
male sexual dysfunction and
prostate problems. He has been a researcher for early diagnosis of prostate cancer and bladder cancer. He is an assistant clinical professor of urology at Harvard Medical School and is certified by the American Board of Urology. Joseph M. Ciccone, MD
Joseph M. Ciccone, MD, is a urologic surgeon at BID-Needham and Urology Practice Associates in Needham. A general urologist with clinical interests in stone disease, endourology, urologic cancer, and
female urinary incontinence, he is a clinical instructor of surgery at Harvard Medical School. He also specializes in voiding dysfunction, incontinence,
prostate problems, and
male infertility and sexual health. He is a member of the American Urologic Association and the American Association of Clinical Urologists, among other professional societies. A published poet, Dr. Ciccone earned his medical degree at the New Jersey Medical School and completed his residency at the Harvard Program in Urology at Brigham and Women's Hospital. (

Anurag K. Das, MD, FACS
Anurag K. (Andy) Das, MD, FACS, is a staff urologist at BID-Needham and an assistant professor of surgery and urology at Harvard Medical School. He also serves as director of the Center for Neuro-urology and Continence at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Das is a pioneer in the field of neuoromodulation and, in the late 1990s, he performed the first
sacral neurostimulation implant in the Northeast. His clinical interests include female urology,
neuro-urology, treatment of
prostate enlargement, and sacral neuromodulation for the treatment of refractory voiding dysfunction. Dr. Das, who earned his medical degree at Northwestern University Medical School and completed his residency and fellowship at Duke University Medical Center, has received numerous awards and was named one of Boston's "Best Doctors" in urology by Boston Magazine in 2010 and 2011. Stephen Lazarou, MD
Stephen Lazarou, MD, is a urologist at BID-Needham and a clinical instructor of urology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Lazarou specializes in a full range of evaluations and treatments of
male reproductive and sexual issues, with an emphasis on fertility preservation for cancer patients, treatment of severe male factor infertility, and treatment of men with symptoms of low testosterone and
erectile dysfunction. He is specialty trained in advanced microsurgery of the male reproductive system. Board certified in urology, he has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics in male reproductive and sexual medicine. Dr. Lazarou earned his medical degree from The Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his residency at the University of Toronto and a fellowship in male infertility and sexual medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
