Anticoagulation Clinic
The Anticoagulation Clinic is a nurse-staffed, physician-supervised clinic that has been developed to manage patients' warfarin anticoagulation. Our experienced nurses provide one-on-one patient education and point-of-care testing.
The clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
