Celebrate National Heart Month with the CardioVascular Institute and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham with free blood pressure screenings, Go Red for Women Day, and a free lecture about how to prevent the number one killer of women, heart disease.
Friday, February 3, is National Go Red for Women Day. Wear red to help raise awareness of heart disease in women.
Free blood pressure screenings will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 8am-4pm at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham. We’ll also have heart healthy tips, a cardiovascular quiz and giveaways including dark chocolate truffles (dark chocolate—in moderation—really is good for your heart).
