While the holidays are often a time of joy and celebration, they can also bring overwhelming stress and can serve as a trigger for feelings of grief and depression for many people. Joanna Hooper, Clinical Services Director at the Riverside Trauma Center, will discuss some of these stressors and offer tips for helping you deal with them.
