I’ve been to the Cardiovascular Center, the Joslin Office, the Sleep Studies unit, and I have never met anyone who wasn’t friendly and helpful. From the people who greet you at the door to the registrars to the secretaries, the nurses, and the doctors—EVERYONE is so supportive and nice. As you can imagine, it is sometimes very stressful, going to the doctor, but I never leave BIDMC Needham without feeling anything but fully cared for and respected.
