Patient Family Advisory Council
Do you have advice to give Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital about patient care? We're listening. The hospital has established a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) to provide a forum for patients and/or families to suggest improvements in quality, safety, communications and hospital processes.
"We know patients and their families can provide important perspectives, feedback, and solutions regarding the patient care experience," said Dorothy McWeeney, RN, Director of Health Care Quality and Safety. "So often it's the patients and their families who have the front row seats to how things are running and we want to hear from them."

All applications will be reviewed. You will be contacted for an interview as membership positions become available. Applicants selected to participate as advisors will be considered volunteers of BID-Needham and therefore, must agree to protect patient confidentiality and submit to a background check before serving.
