Diagnostic Imaging Films may be picked up at Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare- Lexington Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

How to Request Diagnostic Imaging Films

Please allow 24 hours prior to your pick-up time when requesting films

Please provide the following information when requesting Diagnostic Imaging Films:

• Your full name
• DOB
• Type of exam you are requesting
• Date exam was done
• Name of the facility or doctor you are taking them to

What to Bring with you when you pick-up your Diagnostic Imaging Films:

• Photo ID (i.e. drivers license, passport, or other state or federal identification)
• If you are having someone else pick up your films, please send a note with the person's name picking them up.
