Childbirth Education and Tours

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center collaborates closely with Boston Baby Beginnings and Isis Parenting to provide you with excellent preparation for childbirth, lactation support, sibling preparation and parenting.

Boston Baby Beginnings and Isis Parenting can help you register for classes and hospital tours at times and locations that best meet your needs. We recommend that you schedule your classes and tours before the end of your second trimester in order to have the greatest selection of options.

Lacation Care also provides lactation support both with prenatal teaching and postpartum support.

We also offer abbreviated drop-in prenatal classes at the medical center on Wednesday afternoons from 2-3pm.  For more information call 617-667-4201
