To reach an inpatient clinical dietitian (RD), please page the On-call dietitian east or west campus under the PAGE DIRECTORY, On-Call list.
Many of the inpatient clinical dietitians are Certified Nutrition Support Dietitians (CNSDs) or Clinicians (CNSCs) and work closely with the physicians caring for patients, nurses and pharmacists requiring nutrition support such as tube feedings and intravenous nutrition. The dietetic technicians work closely with the dietitians in caring for patients with eating disorders, food allergies, swallowing disorders, and other conditions, as well as educating patients about their modified diet needs before discharge.
