I am pleased to introduce you to iShift, a new Web-based scheduling program that supports the medical center’s effort to be the best place to work in Boston for nursing and other patient care services staff.

Best of all- iShift is so easy to use! For current BIDMC staff all it takes are three simple steps:
Step One
- Register by completing your profile online here.
Step Two
- Once your manager reviews & confirms your profile, you will be able to log-in & browse our listing of open shifts -24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Step Three
- Then request shifts those shifts you are qualified to work. You will then be notified once assigned to your requested iShift.
