Starting Out
You want to move quickly into the nursing area that interests you. That's why we've developed an improved Clinical Nurse Residency Program. Built on our longstanding preceptor model for orientation, we've added additional supports for one to two years. A carefully chosen clinical nurse, along with a team of clinical nurse specialists, will help the nurse manager in planning your development and provides valuable one-on-one mentoring. We also have a rapid entry program designed for more experienced nurses who want to go directly into a particular area, such as Intensive Care or OB. If you're returning to work after a break, we will provide you with a preceptor who will sculpt the orientation that you need.
