• Patient Service Representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• We have some available appointments on evenings Monday through Thursday.
• In the event of a life-threatening illness, go directly to the nearest emergency room.
•  If you are a new patient to our practice or are thinking about joining our practice, please click here to find a list about what to do before your first appointment.
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your appoint. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another time or time, or you may be seen if time allows 
•  If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.
