OLDEST AND LARGEST PROGRAM OF ITS KIND: The Harvard-Thorndike Electrophysiology Institute and Arrhythmia Service treats patients with the full range of conditions that cause abnormal heartbeats, from atrial fibrillation to ventricular tachycardia. Headed by Mark E. Josephson, MD, a pioneer of modern electrophysiology, it is the oldest, largest program of its kind in New England and provides care for patients from around the world.
