Generally, patients see a CVI electrophysiologist before procedures can be scheduled except for ICD and pacemaker battery replacements and selected pacemaker implants. To schedule a consult or one of these procedures, please use the contact information above.

During regular business hours, a CVI nurse will take the call and make arrangements. During non-business hours, an operator will connect the caller with the attending physician on call, who will arrange the transfer.
Blood Work
Most referring physicians prefer to arrange their patients' blood work. However, if you wish the CVI to make arrangements, please indicate this when you schedule the procedure. The following tests are required.
