Signs and Symptoms

It is possible for you to have tachycardia and notice no symptoms. However, rapid heart beats often produce detectable symptoms. These include:

  • Palpitations
  • Heart pounding or racing
  • Dizziness
  • Shortness of breath
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Fainting or near fainting
  • Chest pain
  • Visual problems
