One of the most important aspects of caring for celiac disease is learning how to take care of yourself. The resources listed in the left-hand margin have been gathered to help incorporate celiac disease into your life.

GREATER BOSTON NUTRITION RESOURCE GUIDE, 2007

The guide includes dining out tips, celiac friendly restaurants and shopping locations, commercial suppliers of gluten free vitamin and mineral supplements and foods, cookbook reviews, helpful websites and more. It is a wealth of useful information for anyone in the New England area, in particular.
