Youth Sports - Get Active Today!
Bowdoin Street Health Center’s Youth Sports Program is an open-enrollment physical activity program to get young people moving. It is free and available to all patients between the ages of 8 to 14 years old. The program offers one-on-one health coaching, referrals to participating fitness facilities, nutrition cooking classes and free summer programming.
The health center offers organized sports activities at the Holland Community Center which includes swimming on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., activities in the gym on Tuesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. and a mix of programming at the health center on Thursdays from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. We are currently accepting applications for the health center’s free Summer Drop-In program at Ronan Park.
