That Old Cape Magic
A remarkable 212 current major league baseball players got their start in the
Cape Cod Baseball League, where bats have been swinging from Bourne to Orleans since 1885. Alumni include Red Sox players Jacoby Ellsbury, Mike Lowell, Jason Varitek and Kevin Youkilis.
This year, the League's sponsorship lineup includes the CardioVascular Institute (CVI) and its Hyannis affiliate,
Cardiovascular Consultants of Cape Cod, which jointly have been named "Official Cardiovascular Care Provider of the Cape Cod Baseball League." Be sure to check out our field banner at a free game in one of the League's 10 ball parks when you're on the Cape this summer.

After a pep talk from CVI cardiologist
