Avator Trial

A single arm, Phase II trial of the combination of Bevacizumab and Temsirolimus in patients with metastatic RCC who have progressed on VEGF TKI therapy.

A Phase II Biomarker Trial of Everolimus in Patients with Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma

There will be no limit to number of prior therapies, but patients cannot have received prior mTOR inhibitors. Patients must have at least one site of biopsiable disease.

Analysis of Discarded Tissue in Patients with Renal Cell Carcinoma Undergoing Either Nephrectomy or Resection of Metastatic Disease

Tumor tissue in stored in our Tissue Bank to be analyzed by gene expression profiling and various immunohistochemical and RT-PCR techniques in an effect to discover new prognostic factors, predictors of response and resistance and new therapeutic targets.
