The BreastCare Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center wants to make your care as easy and convenient as possible.
Urgent Problems
We are available for urgent appointments when needed. If you have a new diagnosis or an urgent problem, we are committed to seeing you as soon as possible.

Select Option 2 to speak with a dedicated breast care staff member. They will schedule your appointment and tell you what the BreastCare Center needs from you in terms of physician referrals, medical imaging, and records.
Routine/Non-Urgent Appointments
You will receive a phone call from our care center within two business days to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please do not hesitate to call with questions or concerns.
Preparing For Your Appointment
Once you have made an appointment at the BreastCare Center, there are several things we ask you to do in order to help our specialists prepare for your visit.

Call Ahead
It is a good idea to call the BreastCare Center several days before your appointment to confirm that we have received all of your medical information. Our telephone number is 617-667-2900.
Medical records, images and pathology are mandatory for your appointment. We may need to reschedule your appointment if we do not receive this information prior to your arrival.
Co-payments
The BreastCare Center accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and the Discover Card for co-payments.
