Lean On Us
Our caring and compassionate staff in the BreastCare Center will explain what to expect on your first visit and how to find us.
We will clearly explain your treatment choices, taking the time to help you and your family make important treatment decisions.
We will encourage you to find support in family and friends, and in others who have breast cancer. Their support and personal journey can be uplifting.
We will help you learn as much as you can (or as much as you want to) about your breast cancer. Knowledge can help you feel in control. Armed with information, you can ask your doctors and nurses questions about your care and progress.
We will urge you, and help you, take an active role in your health care and well-being. We want you to be a partner in your care. Your participation can positively impact your experience and outcome.
We want you to lean on us, as a resource, to answer your questions and concerns.
