Going Forward: Nutrition and Exercise Program for Cancer Survivors
Going Forward is an innovative six-week nutrition and exercise program specifically designed for cancer survivors. Our program provides you with the tools necessary to successfully implement a nutrition, exercise, and stress management regimen to improve your overall health.
Led by a registered dietitian and exercise physiologists, Going Forward presents the most up-to-date, scientifically based information, and addresses lifestyle and behavioral changes important for cancer survivors.
You will receive two personal training sessions, a reference manual, and access to the Tanger Be Well Fitness Center for the duration of the program.
