AIDS & Cancer Program
Bench-to-bedside research and treatment to provide comprehensive care to adults with AIDS and cancer.
As national leaders, physicians in the AIDS Malignancy Research and Treatment Center offer expanded multidisciplinary clinical research and comprehensive care to adults with AIDS-related lymphoma, Kaposi’s sarcoma, and anal dysplasia or cancer. A team of experts work closely to provide a broad spectrum of services, from topical and local treatment to systemic chemotherapy and novel therapies under evaluation. The center collaborates with the division of infectious disease and the departments of dermatology and psychiatry. BIDMC’s unique AIDS-related oncology care includes the Infectious Disease/Oncology Dysplasia Clinic, which offers education, screening and treatment of disorders associated with the human papillomavirus (HPV).
