BIDHC-West Roxbury is open Monday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. An answering service takes calls during lunch hour. The office sets aside appointments on Tuesday and Thursday for patients who need urgent care. The practice offers lab services for any BIDHC patient by appointment only during office hours. Dr. Lowney practices family medicine for those 16 years of age and older. He also specializes in osteopathic medicine.

Individuals looking to find a new primary care physician (PCP), family doctor, or osteopathic physician in the West Roxbury or Boston area are encouraged to contact the office. Please have health insurance information ready when you call the practice.

• The patient’s name and date of birth.
• The specialist’s first and last name, as well as the phone number to his/her office.
• Please also inform us of the diagnosis for your visit to the specialist, along with the date of the scheduled appointment.
• Also, please be sure we have your current medical insurance information.
