BIDHC–Jamaica Plain general practice is a culturally diverse practice that offers a full spectrum of treatment with a particular focus on preventive care. Our Jamaica Plain Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) remain dedicated to fulfilling patients' needs including same-day appointments to ill patients with an urgent need.

Special Services Offered at Our Jamaica Plain Primary Care Location
The BIDHC- Jamaica Plain primary care location is open Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The office is open for calls during the lunch hour. The practice does offer lab services for any Beth Israel Deaconess - HealthCare patient (with a lab order from a participating physician). It is open Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. and Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The health center’s services also include Spanish-speaking receptionists, medical assistants, and physicians.

The BIDHC- Jamaica Plain primary care location is located at 545 A Centre Street
Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 on the first floor of a red brick apartment building. There is limited parking in the back of the building and ample on-street parking. You may take #39 Bus Route if you are using the MBTA.
