About Our Chestnut Hill Primary Care Practice BIDHC – Chestnut Hill internal medicine general practice is staffed with 6 primary care physicians (PCPs) providing comprehensive care to adult patients. Our physicians are all faculty members of Harvard Medical School and maintain admitting privileges at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Patient seeking to find a doctor in Chestnut Hill can benefit from our great location. We conveniently located off of Rte 9 and 6.5 miles from route 128 (I-95). BIDMC Laboratory and Radiology services are located on site meaning patients do not have to travel to other medical centers for lab work, x-rays, CT and other radiological services.

Special Services Offered at Our Chestnut Hill Primary Care Location The BIDHC - Chestnut Hill primary care center is open Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Calls will be accepted during the lunch hour from noon to 1:00 pm. An answering service will page a BIDHC affiliated physician who is on-call throughout the weekend and after hours if urgent care is needed. Our BIDMC laboratory is open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and is located in our suite (#204). Radiology services are available on site and are located on the lower level of the practice's building.
Helpful Tips for New Patients of BIDHC - Chestnut Hill Patients should have insurance information available as well as the name of their previous PCP. A complete medical record including an immunization history will need to be forwarded to the practice.

- Your Health insurance card and copayment (required at every visit)
- One legal form of identification with your picture
- List of all medications (prescription and over-the-counter) that you are taking
- Contact your health plan to select your Primary Care Provider (PCP) prior to your first visit
Referrals When your primary care physician determines that you need to see a specialist, you will be referred to a Beth Israel Deaconess physician. We feel strongly that referrals within the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center will provide you with the most optimal care available. Through our shared communications with other BIDMC health centers and a unified electronic medical record, you will be provided with results and treatment plans in a thoughtful and timely way. Please contact the office to obtain a referral if your provider has referred you to a specialist and you have a managed care insurance plan.
Location and Directions to Our Chestnut Hill Primary Care Practice The BIDHC - Chestnut Hill primary care center is located at 25 Boylston Street #204, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467 in the Chestnut Hill Medical Center on the east-bound side of Route 9. Our brick office building is situated within the Chestnut Hill Shopping Plaza near Star Market and is right next to the AMC Theatre. We are approximately 6.5 miles from route 95/128. There is free on-site parking. The handicapped entrance is located at the back of the building where you will also find parking. Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor/Suite 204.
