BIDHC-Chelsea general practice offers primary care medicine for adults of all ages, including geriatrics and elderly care with easy access to specialists. A variety of on-site services, including bone density screenings and mammograms, provide maximum convenience for patients. Russian and Spanish-speaking primary care physicians (PCPs) provide access to patients whose first language is not English. In addition to those languages, the practice also offers a translation line to support any patients in the office who do not speak English.

The BIDHC - Chelsea primary care center is open Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. It is open Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm for urgent care visits by appointment only. Adult Specialties are available on site including Cardiology and Neurology. Please note that an answering service does accept calls during the lunch break from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Lab facilities including blood drawing are available on a walk-in basis, Monday - Friday: 8:15 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Our Chelsea primary care practice offers a variety of patient services through its on-site Shared Services Department including laboratory, radiology, and physical therapy. The radiology department offers general x-ray, ultrasound, bone density screenings, and mammograms.

Please call: 617-660-6212. Existing patients may use the PatientService site to request specialist referrals, prescription refills, and to schedule appointments. Your Primary Care Physician (PCP) will refer you to a Beth Israel Deaconess Specialist. If you schedule an appointment with a specialist, you must notify the referral coordinator. Call the medical center's phone number and follow the prompts for the referral line at 617-660-6784. Please leave all of the requested information and allow at least three business days for your referral to be processed.

The BIDHC - Chelsea community health center is located 1000 Broadway (2nd floor), Chelsea, MA 02150. The office is located in a brick building set back behind Walgreen's.
