Special Services Offered at Our Brighton Primary Care Location BIDHC - Brighton is open Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with extended hours on Thursday evening. Calls are accepted during the lunch hour (12:00 p.m. –1:00 p.m.). An answering service will page a BIDHC affiliated medical doctor who is on-call throughout the weekend if urgent care is needed. Blood drawing is available at the lab during normal business hours. Our Brighton Primary Care practice also provides echocardiograms and stress tests during these hours. Dr. Vaninov, a doctor of internal medicine, has a special interest in cardiology. He also speaks Russian for individuals whose first language is not English.
