The Arnold Pain Management Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, located at a state-of-the-art facility at One Brookline Place in Brookline, offers comprehensive care to patients with complex acute or chronic pain. We specialize in diagnosing and treating patients who have not responded to conventional therapies. Our success reflects the experience and excellence of our multidisciplinary team that includes specialists from anesthesiology, neurology, internal medicine, psychology, nursing, physical therapy and acupuncture.
We treat:
- Complex back or neck pain
- Myofascial pain syndrome
- Cancer pain
- Headache
- Fibromyalgia
- Nerve pain including neuropathy, phantom limb pain, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, post-herpetic neuralgia
- Post-surgical pain
- Any other complex pain syndrome
We do not treat:
- Patients with opioid addiction requiring an addiction specialist
- Patients in need of a short-term or long-term detoxification program
