AIDS Malignancy Program

The AIDS Malignancy Treatment and Research Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center offers expanded multidisciplinary clinical research and comprehensive care to adults with AIDS-related cancers.

Cancers that are more likely to affect HIV-positive patients include:

  • Kaposi's Sarcoma
  • Lymphoma
  • Human papillomavirus-related cancers, which include anal, cervical and oral cancers
  • Non-AIDS defining cancers such as liver, lung, and head and neck cancers
