About Our Family Medicine of Needham Heights Practice

BIDHC Family Medicine of Needham Heights is a family practice that offers a comfortable, small general practice setting. Our highly regarded primary care physicians (PCPs) are experienced in diagnosing and treating newborns, teenagers, and adults. The practice offers sufficient free parking at its facility.

BIDHC Family Medicine of Needham Heights is open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Extended hours are available. Calls that are received outside of our business hours will be answered by an answering service, and if necessary the on-call medical doctor will be paged for assistance 24 hours a day. The lab is open daily for any blood drawing. Please note that appointments must be scheduled and that the lab is not a walk-in facility. This family medicine practice cares for patients of all ages, specializing in teenage health and preventative care for women. Dr. Kogan speaks Russian for individuals whose first language is not English.

Individuals looking to find a new PCP or doctor of internal medicine in the Needham Heights area are encouraged to contact our medical center. In order to expedite the registration process, please have health insurance information available when you call. If possible please send your medical records prior to your appointment; otherwise bring them with you on your first visit. • The patient's name and date of birth.
• The specialist's first and last name, as well as the phone number to his/her office.
• Please also inform us of the reason for your visit to the specialist, along with the date of the scheduled appointment.
• Also, please be sure we have your current medical insurance information.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your insurance referral.
