What if I do not have a resume - what should I do?
Attaching a resume or provide work history (Name of the organization, Job Title, Years) to your application is required and will allow Staffing Partners to compare your skills and experience against those required for the job.
I applied online. How can I be sure that you received my resume?
If you applied online, you should have received a message verifying receipt both on the screen after you clicked Submit as well as a message to the email account included in your application.

I have submitted my resume online. Will I hear from someone in HR, and when can I expect a response?
By applying online, your application will be reviewed promptly by our recruitment staff. If you meet the qualifications of the position and we believe that there is a potential match of skills and experience, we will contact you within a 2-4 week timeframe.
Due to the tremendous volume of applicants for positions, we are not able to respond to all applications, and are unable to respond to telephone calls or emails from you.
I am interested in working at BIDMC, but I don't see an open position that fits my qualifications online at this time. Is there anyway that I can submit my resume anyway?
No. All applications or resumes must be in response to a job that is currently posted on our site. Unsolicited resumes, or materials requesting general consideration for any position, will not be considered to be applications or retained. Applicants must request consideration for each vacant position. Please check back to our site frequently to see if an opportunity is available for you.
There are a number of postings for the same or similar positions online. If I am interested in all of these opportunities, do I need to apply to each position?
Yes. Please apply to each posting for which you are qualified and have an interest. This will ensure that you are given proper consideration for every opportunity for which you have an interest.
What positions do you list online?
All full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities at the Medical Center are posted online.
What does Per Diem mean?
Literally translated it means "per day." Per diem schedules offer employees the opportunity to be on staff at the Medical Center, without the commitment of a full-time or part-time schedule. Per diem employees are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are not eligible to receive benefits.
I have been called for an interview. How should I dress for my interview? Is there anything specific I should bring with me?
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center prides itself on being a professional organization. Please dress professionally for your interview. We also ask that you bring with you multiple copies of your resume and have contact information for your professional references with you. Professional references are people to whom you have reported or worked for in the past. Colleagues and peers are not considered professional references.
Where should I go for my interview?
When you are called to schedule your interview, you will be advised at that time where you should report for your interview.
Will I be reimbursed for parking at my interview?
No, parking and other expenses incurred during the interview will not be reimbursed.
Do you offer Loan Forgiveness?

Is there any information I will need to provide to show my eligibility to work?
You must provide original documentation which establishes your eligibility to work in the United States, by Federal Law. Additionally, you will be required to undergo a criminal background check, pre-employment health screening, reference checks and verification of certification, licensure and/or registration.
