Campus Tours
2nd and 4th Monday of Every Month
Tours of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center are offered on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.
Learn how to navigate your way around the medical center. You may sign up for a tour by emailing Volunteer Services program coordinator Terry Morgan at tmorgan2@bidmc.harvard.edu or by calling the Volunteer Services Department Reservation line at 617-667-2491.
Making a reservation is necessary.
Special Tours for Visitors
Upon request, special tours for visitors to the medical center are arranged through the Volunteer Services Department by calling 617-667-3026. Although we will make every attempt to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that every department will be available for a tour due to staff schedules, high patient volume and confidentiality.
Starting Location for Tours
Tours start on the 10th floor of the Carl J. Shapiro Clinical Center on the East Campus located on the corner of Brookline and Longwood Avenues.

The Shapiro Garage is located in the Carl J. Shapiro Clinical Center and can be assessed from Binney Street. Parking rates apply. Remember to take your ticket with you to pay the cashier before you leave our medical center. Please see the information desk for parking validation.
