MUSCLE CONDITIONING
A resistance training class focusing on strengthening all of the major muscle groups by utilizing hand-held weights, body-bars, and exercise bands. All levels
BOSU BLAST
An energizing 45 minute class designed to incorporate strength training and cardio using the BOSU Balance trainer through an interval style workout. All levels
AWESOME ABS
An intense 15-minute class that focuses on strengthening the abdominal muscles to improve core strength and stability. All levels
CARDIO EXPRESS
An intense nonstop 30 minute workout that incorporates a combination of step, kickboxing, and hi/low aerobics. All levels
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Strengthen your total-body to an energetic cardio workout which includes punching, kicking, and plyometric drills. Intermediate level
TOTAL-BODY WORKOUT
Combining segments of athletic conditioning drills with strength, power, and endurance moves. Challenges all your major muscle groups...you will sweat!
Intermediate to Advance level
VINYASA YOGA
A flowing style of yoga that incorporates carefully balanced sequences. The form, movement, and breath are integrated. Classes are both vigorous and reflective--a terrific workout for the body. All levels
KICKBOXING
A high intensity class that incorporates basic martial art kicks and punches with calisthenics, rope skipping, and stretching. Emphasis is placed on learning proper technique while improving conditioning and flexibility. Intermediate to advanced level
VINIYOGA
This class uses breath synchronized with movement flowing back and forth repeatedly between two postures to target specific sites in the body, followed by holds of increasing duration. Beginner to intermediate level
LO 2 GO
An energizing hi-low blast that incorporates traditional aerobic moves…guaranteed to make you sweat! Beginner to intermediate level
ZUMBA
Zumba isa fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, and energizing workout...a fun, hip swinging, body pumping, and booty shaking way to get in shape. All levels
