Sandra Souza

Teaches Zumba

Sandra is a vivacious ball of energy. This is proven through her style of teaching. Her amount of energy and love for fitness make a very motivating class. Sandra has been teaching Zumba for 2 years and has a passion for helping people enjoy working out and getting fit. Her goal is to help others achieve their personal fitness goals, but more importantly, for her students and to have fun while doing so. You will never leave a Zumba class without a smile and a good sweat. Her hobbies are dancing, working out, and enjoying the outdoors.

Deb Brice

Teaches Muscle Conditioning

Deb Brice has enjoyed teaching muscle conditioning classes at BeWell for 9 years. For the past 16 years Deb has worked at BIDMC as an administrative assistant with the Department of Neonatology. In addition to being a very busy mom, she volunteers for “cuddler” of NICU babies.

Kelly Brice

Teaches Zumba

Kelly Brice has been teaching at Be Well for 12 years. His class formats incorporates Funky Groove and Zumba. For 15 years, Kelly has worked as an analyst for Health Information Management at BIDMC. His interests include music, song writing, producing, and soccer.

Jane Chalifoux

Teaches Yoga

Jane Chalifoux has been teaching yoga for 6 years. She specializes in the gentle and safe style of Kripalu yoga. When not teaching, Jane works at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Clinical Research.

Kim Clark

Teaches Muscle Conditioning, Cardio Kickboxing and Lo-2-Go

Kim Clark is certified in cardio kickboxing; core training; Reebok core board; BOSU core & cardio training; and weight lifting. Kim is a self-employed business development specialist. She also lectures on topics in sales, marketing and the development of business plans. Kim's hobbies include running and attending the ballet and theater.

Anna Grossman

Teaches Vinyasa Yoga

Anna Grossman has been sharing her love of yoga with others for over 5 years. In her free time she enjoys pilates, hiking, and cooking.

Sally Gwin

Teaches Cardio Express and Power Abs

Sally Gwin has been an aerobics instructor for over 10 years. When not teaching a variety of classes at Be Well, she works as an administrative coordinator in the Department of Surgery at BIDMC. She is part of the BIDMC Inspirational Singers choir and enjoys walking her dog Ox, horseback riding, and ice skating, along with being a master potter.

Carlotta M. Hayes

Teaches Yoga

Carlotta M. Hayes has been teaching yoga in the Boston area since 2000, and her approach is based on principles from Viniyoga and Yin Yoga. She works at Children’s Hospital Boston and enjoys kayaking, organic gardening, and hiking.

Linda Della Porta

Teaches Yoga

Linda Della Porta teaches yoga at all levels in addition to instructing adapted yoga workshops. She received her yoga certification through the Kripalu center and has completed training in Forrest, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. Linda works as an occupational therapist at BIDMC and in her free time she volunteers in teaching yoga to women in transitional settings such as safe houses and detox centers.
