Group Exercise Classes

A fitness assessment is a series of measurements that help determine your current level of physical fitness. The results can be used to design or modify your exercise program accordingly. To learn more about fitness assessments, click here.
Individualized Exercise Program
All new members are eligible to receive a free one-hour Introductory Exercise Program (IEP) from one of our Exercise Physiologists. An IEP is a realistic and personalized training plan developed to fit your goals. You'll get four individual appointments with an exercise physiologist spread over the course of 12 months.
